Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping is available across India.
Shipping charges: As per selected shipping method / Free above 499 INR.
Delivery timelines:
Metro cities: 2–3 business days
Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s website.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

We do not ship to PO boxes for international orders.

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to initiate a return once the product is delivered.
